UK Shipping info:

You will receive your items within 5 working days of payment to the address we have on OUR system. (NOT your Paypal address, please be aware that we do not take responsibility for your items not being delivered to your Paypal address, we ship to the address you put on our system.)

Postage is calculated and added on to your order at the checkout.

Greetings cards are £2.40 each in our online shop, P&P is free on 5 cards or more. Below this there is a 60p P&P charge.

The "Free P&P on 5 cards or more offer" only stands on cards, if you order gifts in the same order, you will be charged postage on the gifts.

Packages are wrapped in biodegradable packaging.

Cards will arrive wrapped and unwritten, unless otherwise arranged.

For our online customers we use Royal Mail 1st Class. For retail orders we use a UPS courier service.

Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions can affect delivery times, this is beyond our control.

If you have a change of address, please email the details to admin@hazelbee.co.uk and we will be happy to change your info.

 

International Shipping:

If you live outside of the UK and you would like to place an order, please email (shop@hazelbee.co.uk) this info:

Your Name, Address (inc. Country), Phone number, The items you would like, Please also specifiy whether you would like to be able to track your shipment (at extra cost)

We will then email you back with a total cost including VAT and P&P and you can make the payment to shop@hazelbee.co.uk via Paypal, then we will ship your order out to you.

 

Returns:

Every card is hand packed and has been carefully checked for quality. If, despite our best efforts, we have overlooked a defect of any kind, please let us know. Email shop@hazelbee.co.uk and attach a photograph of the defect along with details of when and where you purchased it. We will send you a replacement card. Returns are not accepted unless there is good reason or a problem with the purchase that can be reasonably discussed.
